Scotts Baking Tip #1

If you make a 2 layer cake, and you think its a cool idea to put a thick layer of pudding in the middle, and one of the main ingredients in your pudding is milk, you should probably refrigerate your cake.

On a related note, sour butterscotch pudding tastes a little bit like beer.
