I finally got my old domain back, allaboutbentley.com I let it expire a few years ago and when I went to renew it someone had bought it. They wanted $600 for it. I just waited it out. Morons.

By the way, during the storms last week, they had us going down to the basement everytime the sirens went off. The first time we went there, we decided to check out some servers. Anyway, Erik joined us and during some small talk, I mentioned that he was a Ghost Hunter. So I asked Erik, "What possessed you to be a Ghost Hunter?" No response. I thought it was a PARAnormal question to ask.

New Domain Name

I recently made the discovery that Blogger (the kind folks hosting this here blog) can host a blog under your own domain name. So instead of "allaboutbentley.blogspot.com", this blog could be accessed at "www.allaboutbentley.com". Only problem is, I let that name expire, and some yahoo snatched it up. So now I'm searching for new ideas for a domain name that reflects my family name. Every domain I've come up with so far is taken: "bentley.com", "scottbentley.com", "thebentleys.com" etc. I could do something like "allaboutbentley.info" but those are cheesy, and no one would remember them. So, if you have any good suggestions, feel free to send them my way.

NO MO HO HO HO

Got my Christmas lights down today. Our tree and all of the inside stuff was gone shortly after Christmas, but it's been too cold out to work on the outside stuff. Actually last weekend there was a chance for snow and it was supposed to be really cold. I just got it in my head that I wouldn't be taking the lights down then. It turned out to be a nice day and I spent it puttering around the house. I hate waiting so long to take my lights down. Every day after new years that goes by with my lights still on the house makes me feel more like white trash.
